TEAM ASSIGNMENT ABOUT CUSTOMER CHANNELS AND RELATIONSHIPS: Regarding your value proposition canvas:  How do you know that your product or service is valuable to your customer segments? How will you validate that?  What are you doing in delivering that value to your customers that motivates them to encourage others to use your product or service? How are your delivery channels easy, safe, and desirable to your customers?  Please write up your answers to these questions and submit them on the course website (Channels & Relationships assignment for October 1)  Be prepared to present them as a team.  Allen Gunn from Aspiration will be in class on Oct 1 to help us debrief this assignment.

COSTS & REVENUES [required]

In the business model canvas, we figure out what the key sources of our costs and revenues are. In our financial model we try to predict what our actual costs of goods and services sold and what kinds of revenues those goods or services will likely generate, based on our experience, industry norms, and research. For this assignment, in your teams, generate a few key questions that your team has about your co-ops costs and revenues. Then list some ways that you might be able to validate your key assumptions (experience, industry norms, research, etc.)  Be as specific as possible. Upload your results to the form below by 10-8-18 and be prepared to discuss those in class.
